We are seeking a Business Process & Analytics Engineer to support our Administration organization by developing analytics, automations, and process improvements across six core functional areas: Freight Bill Entry, Invoicing/Billing, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Interline Settlements. In this role, you will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also partner with department leaders and technical teams to identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Data & Reporting
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to support performance improvement.

• Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new software solutions.
• Assist in requirements gathering, vendor assessments, and system rollouts.
Collaboration & Support
• Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and reporting needs.
• Train staff on dashboards, analytics tools, and new processes.
• Support evolving business requirements and new analytics initiatives.
• Remain flexible to additional responsibilities as required.
Other Dutie
• Assist in training department staff to utilize analytics tools and dashboards.
• Develop strategies and plans to assure sustainability of improvements.
• Support ongoing changes and new analytics needs as business evolves.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Knowledge of the LTL transportation industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
• Talking and hearing required to communication with and listen to others to share or receive information. Occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others.
• Position involves sedentary work, typically sitting for extended periods.
• Requires close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis, computer work, and reading.
• Work is performed primarily in an office environment with typical conditions such as air conditioning and minor levels of dust; minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
• Regular use of manual dexterity, including keyboarding, typing, grasping, and repetitive wrist and hand motions.
