PITT OHIO, a $900 million, high service, highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering SUPPLY CHAIN, GROUND, LTL and TRUCKLOAD services is seeking a Safety Summer Internship. This internship position is located at our corporate headquarters in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh, PA.

• Review and update written OSHA programs
• Assist with review of driver qualification files
• Accident procedures including root cause analysis
• Various other duties

• Minimum GPA of at least 3.0
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong interest in the Safety field
• Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
