• Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional customer service, drive profitability, and meet performance goals across revenue, budget, and partner obligations.
• Foster a positive work environment by leading and developing terminal staff through goal setting, performance management, coaching, and support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient LTL operation in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements by promoting accountability and supporting HR and safety initiatives.
• Oversee terminal operations, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operations excellence
• Responsible for hiring all terminal personnel and overseeing the 90 day on boarding process
• Must have the ability to work different shifts dependent on the needs of the operation.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Other Duties
• Support other terminals or departments during peak periods or special projects.
• Participate in conferences and training programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a terminal or warehouse setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Former experience as a Terminal Manager is a plus
• Fluent command in the English language is required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to handle customer demands in positive and professional manner at all times while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in Operations Management, internal or external, is required
• Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant compliance requirements
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage conflict effectively
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Adaptability to changing operational needs and schedules
• Travel is required
